These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the SLIDER PACK online store available at https://sliderpack.com.

By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, the Safety & Liability Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and all product warnings provided before purchase.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern the sale and purchase of products offered through the SLIDER PACK online store.

The products are sold to both consumers and business customers. Consumer protection rights apply only to customers who qualify as consumers under applicable law.

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Consumer” means a natural person who purchases products for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

“Business customer” means a person, company, or organization purchasing products for business, professional, commercial, or resale-related purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be placed for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, resale, or non-compliant use.

3. Product Safety and Intended Use

The SLIDER PACK is a high-risk drift-assisting product that may reduce tire grip and affect vehicle handling, braking, steering, stability, and overall control.

The product is intended strictly for closed-track use only, under controlled and safe conditions. It must never be used on public roads, public streets, highways, parking lots, or any area where public traffic, pedestrians, cyclists, animals, or bystanders may be present.

By purchasing, installing, or using the product, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the separate Safety & Liability Disclaimer.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, installation, and use of the product are legal in their country, state, region, or local jurisdiction.

If the customer does not fully understand or accept the risks, restrictions, and responsibilities connected to the product, they must not purchase, install, or use the product.

4. Countries Served

We sell and ship to the countries and regions available during checkout.

Availability, shipping cost, delivery time, and payment options may differ depending on the destination country.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if delivery to the selected country or region is not available, restricted, unsafe, or legally problematic.

5. Contract Formation

The display of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is a non-binding online product catalog.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation. This automatic confirmation only confirms that the order has been received and does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.

The sales contract is formed only when we expressly accept the order by email or dispatch the ordered product.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;

• the price was displayed incorrectly;

• payment is not completed;

• the order information is incomplete or incorrect;

• delivery to the selected destination is not available;

• there is reason to believe that the product may be used unlawfully or unsafely;

• the order appears fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with these Terms.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency and amount applicable to the customer’s selected or detected country, region, and market.

The final product price, applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any other available charges are shown during checkout before the customer places the order.

Prices may vary by country, region, currency, tax rate, shipping destination, local market settings, promotions, or currency conversion.

All prices shown to consumers are gross prices where required by applicable law and include VAT or applicable taxes where such taxes are required to be included.

If the customer changes the delivery country, region, currency, or market during browsing or checkout, the displayed price may be recalculated accordingly.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, obvious pricing errors may occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price.

If a pricing error occurs, we may offer the product at the correct price. The customer may then choose whether to accept the corrected price or cancel the order.

An incorrect price includes, but is not limited to, an obviously wrong, unrealistic, technically incorrect, or disproportionate price.

The price binding for the order is the final price displayed at checkout at the time the customer places the order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

7. Payment

The available payment method is PayPal, unless another payment method is displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed before the order is processed, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We reserve the right to make certain payment methods unavailable for specific orders, countries, delivery destinations, or risk-related reasons.

8. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by MPL or another courier service displayed during checkout.

The estimated delivery time is 2–15 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by promotional periods, high-demand periods, public holidays, customs processing, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery details provided by the customer.

If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer should report the damage to the courier and notify us as soon as possible at support@sliderpack.com. This does not affect the customer’s statutory warranty or consumer rights.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Free shipping applies only to the SLIDER PACK product or selected SLIDER PACK offers where this is clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

Free shipping does not automatically apply to all products, replacement parts, accessories, special orders, or future products unless expressly stated.

10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement of withdrawal to:

The customer may use a withdrawal form provided on the website, but this is not mandatory.

11. Effects of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, we will reimburse all eligible payments received from the customer, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed us of their withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly state otherwise.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

12. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where applicable law excludes it, including but not limited to products that are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured according to the customer’s individual request.

This exclusion applies only where the legal conditions for exclusion are actually met.

Business customers are not entitled to the consumer right of withdrawal unless mandatory law provides otherwise or we expressly agree to accept a return.

13. Legal Guarantee and Warranty Rights

Consumers have statutory warranty and guarantee rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If the product is defective, not as described, or does not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The customer should notify us of any defect as soon as possible after discovering it.

Failure to notify us immediately does not remove the customer’s statutory rights where such rights cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Damage caused by misuse, illegal use, unsafe use, improper installation, modification, public-road use, use outside controlled conditions, wear and tear, accident, external force, or failure to follow the provided instructions and warnings is not considered a product defect.

14. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, installation guidance, and safety information.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed correctly and safely. If the customer is not competent to install the product safely, they must seek professional assistance.

The customer must not use the product in any unlawful, unsafe, reckless, negligent, public-road, or uncontrolled environment.

The manufacturer, seller, distributor, and website operator are not responsible for misuse, illegal use, unsafe use, improper installation, public-road use, use outside controlled conditions, or failure to follow the provided instructions and warnings, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any legal rights or protections that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

The SLIDER PACK is subject to a separate Safety & Liability Disclaimer.

By placing an order, purchasing, installing, or using the product, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Safety & Liability Disclaimer.

If the customer does not accept the Safety & Liability Disclaimer, they must not purchase, install, or use the product.

16. Complaints

All images, videos, text, logos, product names, designs, graphics, icons, product descriptions, and other content displayed on the website are owned by SLIDER PACK, RODANEX Kft., or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

Any use, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use of such content without prior written permission is prohibited.
